I am having a pain in my right knee, so I’ve scheduled an appointment with Pacific crest Ortho. Scheduling process online is very quick and convenient. Doctor Dickinson has excellent bedside manner. He took x rays of my knee , explained treatment options and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dickinson is the best! His assistant who gave me my cortisone shot in my knee was amazing as well. I never felt a thing! At my previous doctor’s they were not gentle and the shot stung badly. I had a pleasant experience at very busy office. Got there on time and was greeted by the friendly assistant at the front. She appreciated that I checked in before my appointment. They were running a bit behind since there were so many appointments scheduled, but patience is the name of the game. Once I got into the room the doctor was kind, welcoming and gave me a clear direction of his expectation and the steps I needed to take to streamline my injury and recovery. After my sixth week from my frozen shoulder arthroscopy I had my follow up appointment with doctor Dickinson. He checked my shoulder mobility and gave me suggestions to continue on my way to full recovery. I am very pleased for his professionalism and his concern to see me fully recovered. Dr Halbrecht has helped me many times over the years with tendinitis injections and PRP. He always tried to let the body heal itself first before giving these treatments. He has great personal skills as well. His staff of Ava and Kate are welcoming and professional too. As opposed to some nearby orthopaedic offices, this one never feels like a cattle call, and appointments are granted with much greater frequency.
